My Experience

I've tutored Law, English, History, Classics and general writing skills, both one-on-one and for classes of up to 30. I have bachelors degrees in Law and Arts, and currently practice as a qualified solicitor. I am comfortable tutoring at University or NCEA level.

How I'd Tutor You

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all style of tutoring. Everyone has a type of learning that works best for them, and we'll need to discuss this and formulate an appropriate lesson plan before beginning tutoring proper. I've found in the past that the most effective approach tends to be identifying and targeting any specific weaknesses or knowledge gaps that a student might have, and then generally strengthening the basic building blocks of their study. but this differs from person to person.

A little bit more about me

I haven't traveled nearly as much as I'd like. I'm a bad cook.
